Out of Pocket Investment

Counseling can be expensive - I totally understand. But consider the investment you would be making into your life. How long have you felt like this? What would you pay to feel like you can live your best life again? Also, if I don't accept your insurance, I can provide you with a SuperBill to send to your insurance provider for reimbursement to you. I accept cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, AmEx, Venmo, HSA & FSA accounts.

Initial Assessment

$155

Will last appx. 90 minutes. The assessment is utilized to obtain all pertinent information and to discuss your goals for therapy.

Individual Session

$125

Sessions last appx. 50-55 minutes

Couple/Family Session

$150

At times you may feel it important to bring your loved ones into session to discuss and process issues. Session lasts appx. 50-55 minutes.

Telehealth Session

$125

I am available for telehealth/online therapy appointments for those who have barriers to coming into office, live outside the Simpsonville/Greenville area, or have atypical work hours.

Group Counseling Sessions

$20-30

I hold various groups for adult women at varying times of the year. Groups are typically 6 weeks long and meet once a week for 1.5 hours.

Currently offering "Healthy You, Healthy Us" - establishing healthy boundaries, healthy communication, and healthy relationships to create positive changes in current and future relationships. Become empowered to say NO! This group will help to empower you to ensure your needs are also being met in relationships.

Cost $25/person per session.
